Terms and Conditions

Order Inquiries & Confirmation:

All orders submitted through the official order form are considered inquiries only and do not guarantee a confirmed booking. Once your order form has been received, DFP Sweet Treats will contact you via your preferred communication method to review pricing, availability, design details, and pick up arrangements prior to confirmation.

Deposits & Payments:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48hrs of receiving your order response to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed or placed on the schedule until the deposit has been received. 

The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Payments must be paid in full before the order is released. 

Pickup & Order Acceptance:

Once your order has been picked up, it's considered accepted and finalized. DFP Sweet Treats is not responsible for the handling, transport, or the condition of any order once it leaves our premises. Please ensure your sweet treats are handled carefully to maintain their presentation and quality.
